Haruna Water has two production facilities, the Azumino Plant and the Matsukawa Plant, located in Azumino, where the majestic Northern Alps rise to heights of 3,000 meters. The snowmelt water from the Northern Alps, which flows year-round at a temperature of 13°C, has been selected by the Ministry of the Environment as one of the top 100 waters in Japan. This abundant spring water, with a daily volume of approximately 700,000 tons, is also ideal for wasabi cultivation, making the region the leading producer in Japan.
